How it works:

How to make a Solar Water Bottle Distiller

If you drink it, your body must get minerals elsewhere.

There are two safe ways:

Option 1: Add back minerals
– a pinch of unrefined salt per liter
– a small bag of mineral stones
– dried moringa leaves or herbs

Option 2: Eat well
– fresh vegetables
– fruit
– nuts, whole grains, and a little salt

If your food is rich, your water can stay clean.
